Rick Levine

Best known in southern Oregon as the former President of Rogue Community College, Rick Levine is a man who gets things done.  He administered jobs programs for our veterans in White City, secured the land and building for the Table Rock industrial trades campus, and, most notably, led the development of the joint RCC/SOU Higher Education Center in downtown Medford.

A businessman (TRW Systems, Transamerica Corp.), an entrepreneur (manufacturing, sales, publishing and farming), and a public servant for more than thirty years, Rick Levine understands economics, education, budgets, and the needs of Oregonians for good jobs and a State government that helps, and does not hinder, progress.

A father and grandfather, Rick understands the need to build an Oregon that we can pass to future generations with hope and pride.  He has lived the difficulties of parenthood and seen first-hand what opportunity can do for our future.

Rick has received many awards from government and foundations for his work and has served his community through Rotary, Board memberships, SOREDI, the Chamber and more.  His record of public service shows he gets things done to help our communities.
