Rachel Barnett

Rachel moved from Massachusetts to Oregon in 1999 to attend Reed College. She quickly fell in love with Oregon and never left. Rachel has been a long time volunteer in the political field and took her first job in politics in 2008 with OLCV. She started work with the DPO in 2010 and quite enjoys traveling around the state.
