Councilor Fred Simmons

Fred Simmons previously represented Ward 5 from 1983-1986 and 1999-2003, and has lived in Springfield since 1978. He worked as a bus operator for Lane Transit District. He received his B.P.A. from the Brooks Institute in 1968, and his A.A. Insurance Adjuster credentials from Lane Community College. Councilor Simmons is a member of the Library Board as well as the Springfield Economic Development Agency. His hobbies include photography, camping, and fishing.
