Our new TV ad - "Looking Forward"

We are in a battle for Oregon’s future. And none of us can afford to stay on the sidelines.
For my entire life – as a doctor, legislator, governor and activist – I have successfully fought for change that makes a difference for Oregonians. We need that kind of change now more than ever, and this campaign is about who will be able to deliver it.
And our campaign has been different – we are offering real detailed solutions to Oregon’s problems instead of canned 30-second sound bites. And we are reaching out to everyone, cutting across party lines to remind people that we are all Oregonians and by working together and reaching to the future we can rebuild our economy while staying true to the values that make Oregon a special place.
Earlier today, my campaign - your campaign - began broadcasting the first TV ad of the fall campaign. The ad is as different as our campaign, 60 seconds in which I explain why I’m running and what we can achieve if we work together.
As I say in the ad, I'm not just asking for your vote. I'm asking for your help. In this campaign, and in the years to come.
